Officer Jody Daggett - 2016 Keynote Speaker

At the April 15, 2016 induction ceremony, SUNY Potsdam Officer Daggett ('98) told students that they can have a profound and positive influence on the people they encounter throughout their lives simply through the practice of good communication skills. Some of his remarks addressed the importance of communication in the workplace, but he mostly shared anecdotes of his own experiences that transcended professional life to make lasting connections with people on a personal, human, level.
